We ship orders with care and transparency. Many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in small artisan batches, so shipping times may vary depending on the item.
Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Order processing times vary by product type:
* Custom / Made-to-Order / Small-Batch Items:
Typically ship within 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.
* In-Stock Items:
Typically ship within 1-2 weeks
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, fabricate, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. It does not include transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:
* Destination
* Package size and weight
* Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
* United States
* Countries included with Shopify.com default settings.
If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
* Shipping carriers
* Customs processing
* Weather or natural events
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If a package is delayed but marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
* Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
* Packages returned due to address errors
Reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen:
* Contact the carrier to file a claim
* Notify us so we can assist where possible
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
* Contact us within 7 days of delivery
* Include photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.
